Department Overview
Rakuten Mobile is currently focusing heavily on its enterprise business, and the Partner Sales Department is responsible for creating and expanding business through partners (MVNOs or sales agencies). We are leading the transformation of the telecommunications industry, based on the unparalleled and innovative technological infrastructure realized by Rakuten Mobile.

＜The Partner Sales Section＞
In the Partner Sales Section, we work with our MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) partners to acquire corporate lines. MVNOs are telecommunications carriers that provide new value to the world by combining their own services and sales channels with Rakuten Mobile's services.
As such, there are as many needs as there are partners, and we possess various functions to meet those needs. We provide thorough training for those who are unfamiliar with the telecommunications industry or the nature of MVNOs, creating an environment where even those without prior experience can thrive.

Position Details
＜Business Support & Operational Improvement＞

1.Business Support
You will support the smooth execution of internal operations, efficiently handling routine tasks so that members in sales, planning, and other areas can focus on their core responsibilities. Centered on data entry and management, you will serve as the foundation of our organizational operations.

2.Operational Improvement
You will analyze internal business processes to identify inefficiencies and issues. By introducing IT tools and systems, and reviewing business workflows, you will aim to improve efficiency, automation, and quality across all operations.

Work Environment
The entire section currently consists of about 20 people, but we expect it to expand to an organization of about 30-50 people in the future. Within this, the business support team consists of about 5-7 members, and we work as a team to balance the workload so that it does not fall disproportionately on one person.

Mandatory Qualifications:

・Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint/Excel/Word
・Business-level Japanese communication skills
・TOEIC score of 600 or higher
In addition to the above, approximately 3 years of experience in any of the following 1-3:

1.Experience in business process analysis and improvement: Experience in identifying inefficient operations or issues, and planning and executing improvement measures.

2.Experience in introducing IT tools or systems: Experience in introducing and utilizing IT tools or new systems to improve operational efficiency.

3.Experience in reviewing business workflows: Experience in improving business workflows to contribute to efficiency, automation, and quality improvement.
