About the role
We provide support for MSSQL databases for clients across various industries such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and financial institutions.
Our team is formally divided into two sub-teams. In addition to the junior team, we also have a team of senior colleagues who work directly with the client and are always ready to help the junior team when needed.
We are seeking a senior DBA to act as a directly responsible for customer MSSQL environment.

Daily challenges

• Main responsibilities are maintaining database integrity and availability, planning and executing client requests, collaborate with application teams, respond to customer requests, collaborate, and execute during project activities.
• Each new colleague has a mentor during their first months in the team, who helps onboard them, and together they go through all the tools, tasks, and team-specific processes.

eXperience and skills required

• Previous experience in database support and/or courses and certifications related to this field are a must.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to have on-call duties if needed
