Job Summary**

Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value individual or corporate clients, fostering strong relationships, and providing tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their financial goals and risk profiles.
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, cross-selling and up-selling a range of banking products and services (e.g., loans, deposits, investments, wealth management).
* Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and provide expert advice on suitable financial solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
* Prepare and present compelling proposals, structuring complex financial products and negotiating terms to secure new business.
* Monitor client portfolios, conduct regular reviews, and provide updates on market trends and product performance.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product specialists, credit analysts, and legal teams, to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
* Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
* Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
* Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and economic trends to identify potential impacts on clients and the business.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, preferably with a focus on corporate or high-net-worth individual clients.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
* Strong understanding of banking products, services, and financial markets.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport, influence, and negotiate effectively.
* Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* High level of integrity and a strong commitment to ethical conduct.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Relevant professional certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CEILI) are an added advantage.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
