Job Description:

• 縫合糸、皮膚用接着剤、止血材、癒着防止材、ドレーン、骨固定材、超音波メス等、外科手術に使用される製品を、電話・Web面談・メールを通じて全国の医療施設に提案する。
• 担当テリトリー（1人あたり平均7県）を持ち、代理店と連携しながらエリアの売上最大化を行う。
• 病院や代理店からの問い合わせ（1日40〜80件）に対応し、ニーズを捉えて製品提案につなげる。
• 医療従事者向けのダイレクトメールや、セミナー・製品説明会の案内を企画・実施する。
• 自主回収や販売終了、欠品の際に、対象施設への案内と代替品の提案を行う。
• フィールドセールス、マーケティング、外部委託先と連携して案件を進める。
• Power BI、Copilot、Power Automate等のデジタルツールを活用し、業務の効率化を図る。
