職務概要

EP事業部の戦略を理解し、ビジネス目標の達成に必要な営業社員の能力開発を推進することで、CARTOテクノロジーの適正な浸透・定着および事業成長に貢献する。

営業向けトレーニング戦略の策定・実行

• 営業向けトレーニング体系（CAS Roadmap）の全体方針策定に参画し、事業部戦略および現場ニーズに基づくプログラムを企画・実行する

• 臨床知識、自社製品・テクノロジー、関連法規、セリングスキルを含むトレーニングを設計・実施する

• トレーニング効果と現場課題を継続的に確認し、関係部門との調整を通じて内容・運営を改善する

• 新製品やビジネス環境の変化を踏まえ、トレーニングコンテンツを定期的に見直し、更新する

トレーナーおよびステークホルダーとの連携

• FTの能力開発と連携を通じて現場での育成加速を支援する

• 営業部、マーケティングチームと連携し、タイムリーな能力開発を行う

• マネージャーと協働し、チームメンバーの能力開発および学習文化の醸成を支援する

コンプライアンスおよびプロジェクト管理

• 社内規程、コンプライアンス、関連法規を遵守し、教育活動を適切に企画・実行する

• 複数の教育プロジェクトについて、目的、スケジュール、関係者、成果物を管理し、確実に推進する

Global / APACとの連携

• GlobalおよびAPAC Commercial Educationと連携し、最新の教育手法・コンテンツ・ベストプラクティスを共有する
• Global / APAC Commercial Educationと連携をとり、トレーニングや学習コンテンツを日本のビジネス環境、臨床ニーズに合わせて最適化し展開する
