Aufgrund des zunehmenden Wachstums unseres Unternehmens sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einem Mechanical Test Engineer (w/m/d) Applicators in Vollzeit zur Verstärkung unserer lokalen Teams in Haan für unseren Geschäftsbereich der Brachytherapie. Unsere Test Engineers sind das Herzstück unserer Arbeit bei Varian, wenn es um die Durchführung und Dokumentation von mechanischen Testungen unserer medizinischen Produkte geht und sind zentraler Dreh- und Angelpunkt für unsere Kolleg*innen aus einer Vielzahl von Fachabteilungen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Entwicklung von Verifikationsplänen für unsere Brachytherapie-Produkte mit Schwerpunkt auf den Applikatoren.

• Sie führen mechanische Produkttests durch und sind verantwortlich für den Testaufbau.

• Sie bewerten Design Input / Requirement Spezifikationen und halten dieses schriftlich fest.

• Sie dokumentieren die Testdurchführung und -ergebnisse und verfolgen alle festgestellten Abweichungen.

• Sie stehen im engen Austausch mit vielen verschiedenen Fachabteilungen, darunter die Entwicklung, das Risikomanagement, die Produktion sowie unserem Service.

Ihr Profil:

• Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit einem (medizin-)technischen Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung.

• Zusätzlich haben Sie langjährige Erfahrungen im (medizinisch-)regulatorischen Projektumfeld.

• Ein gutes Verständnis über die Anforderungen und Standards für Medizingeräte (z.B. IEC 60601, ISO 13485) ist von Vorteil.

• Sie überzeugen durch Ihre starke analytische Persönlichkeit und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Pflichtbewusstsein, Objektivität und Integrität.

• Ihr Profil wird abgerundet durch Ihre sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
