The team is responsible for supporting and developing the digital platform, including database management, service incident resolution, and reporting-related activities. The team also works on device infrastructure, service functionality enhancements, software updates and upgrades, issue resolution, and user configuration and setup activities used by hospitals during deployment and day-to-day operations.

Purpose of the Role:

The primary responsibility of a TM is to ensure that the team they lead meets client expectations at the highest professional and quality standards, operating in a predictable and transparent manner. As a people manager, they are responsible for planning and organizing the team’s work, monitoring performance, motivating and developing employees, ensuring compliance with internal corporate and legal regulations, and considering economic aspects.

• Continuous development of the team’s performance and capabilities at both individual and group levels, in alignment with the competencies required by the client (including future needs not yet formally requested), and the design and execution of a corresponding team strategy
