WHY THIS ROLES IS IMPORTANT TO US:  

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Master Data Senior Accountant to support and maintain high-quality master data across key domains including suppliers, customers, cost centers, and materials. This role plays a vital part in ensuring data accuracy, supporting migration efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold data governance standards. 

What you will be Responsible for:  

• Drive master data clean up within Workday 

• Setup operating model and maintain and update master data records in SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and other relevant systems. 

• Assist in master data migration projects, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. 

• Perform regular data audits and validations to ensure consistency and compliance. 

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and improve data processes. 

• Support the implementation of data governance policies and procedures. 

• Track and report on data quality metrics and project milestones. 

• Provide support and training to junior team members and business users on master data processes. 

• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. 

What We Value:  

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 

• 3–5 years of experience in master data management in a finance or shared services environment. 

• Proficient in SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and other ERP/CRM systems. 

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cleansing). 

• High attention to detail and accuracy. 

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams. 

• Experience in supplier, customer, cost center, and materials master data domains 

• Possesses skills in critical thinking and resolving issues efficiently. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. 

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. 

Experience with data visualization or reporting tools. 

Other Requirements: 

• Flexible schedule - EMEA hours 

• 2x a week RTO
