We are looking for talented invidual to join Marsh Japan as Country Management Coordinator to support out country management team. The position is based off Tokyo, Japan. This is a role that has hybrid working requirement of working in the office at least three days in a week.

• 本ポジションでは、これら環境変化や複雑なプロジェクトが多数進行する状況下で、エグゼクティブアシスタント／プロジェクトサポートとして調整力を発揮し、日本のマネジメントが円滑にビジネスを遂行するための支援を期待されています

We will count on you to/ 期待する役割:

• 経営陣、リーダーシップメンバーのアシスタント業務

• プロジェクトマネジメント補佐業務：プロジェクトスケジュール管理、社内関係者との進捗確認、経営会議や各種社内ミーティングへの参加（含むリージョンやグローバルとのコールや会議）

• 戦略案件管理、施策実施の支援

What you need to have / 必要な経験スキル：

• 大卒以上

• 多国籍なグローバル企業における経営サポートやエグゼクティブ秘書業務経験者

• 秘書業務未経験者の場合、管理部門や経営企画室における戦略立案、国や会社を跨いだ社内調整や折衝業務を経験されている方（職種やポジション不問）

• ネイティブレベルの日本語力、ビジネスレベルの英語力必須
