Our program team provides you with the platform and dedicated support you need to thrive in your career and make a significant impact immediately within your role.
A TYPICAL DAY COULD INCLUDE:
Broking practices:
Partner with Account Executives and Brokers to create innovative strategies and marketing plans for renewing current business and attracting new opportunities.
Evaluate insurance quotes and comparing coverage offerings for our clients
Negotiate terms and coverages with underwriters
Create and expand benchmarking reports
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and global insurance markets
Prepare presentations for client and or prospect/meetings
Develop and present internal and external renewal strategy documents
Work closely with senior colleagues on high-level projects
Build a network of colleagues at all levels of the organization
Collaborate with peer and/or senior-level mentor
Risk Consulting & Analytics practices:
Help clients mitigate risks, recoveries, and reduce total risk costs.
Perform research and analysis, develop presentations and project materials
Support proposal writing and pitch development.
Analyze client risk profiles and present tailored recommendations.
Develop data-driven tools for risk evaluation.
Perform quantitative modeling and statistical risk assessments.
Identify strategies to minimize risk costs and volatility.
Forecast risks, losses, and impacts through scenario testing.
Collaborate to design models and processes for risk quantification and mitigation.

Current Seniors with an expected graduation date between December 2026 to June 2027
Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application and start date
