About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive growth for our India Service business through strategic B2B marketing campaigns, customer engagement programs, and data-driven marketing initiatives.
DESCRIPTION
How you will make an impact:
You will accelerate revenue growth by developing and executing B2B marketing strategies that engage our business customers, generate qualified leads, and strengthen customer relationships across our installed base.
What you will do:
- Design and execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns across digital, email, and event channels to drive customer acquisition and engagement
- Develop account-based marketing strategies and customer segmentation approaches tailored to business buying behaviors and decision-making processes
- Partner with sales and business development teams to generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and support pipeline growth
- Create compelling B2B marketing content including white papers, case studies, presentations, email campaigns, and thought leadership materials
- Analyze customer and campaign data to identify B2B marketing opportunities, measure ROI, and optimize marketing performance
- Build customer engagement programs that increase retention, drive repeat business, and maximize lifetime value
- Leverage marketing automation and CRM platforms to execute nurture campaigns and track buyer journey touchpoints
- Monitor marketing KPIs including lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs to guide strategic decisions
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline; MBA preferred
- 7–8 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Strategic Marketing roles
- Proven success in B2B campaign development, lead generation, and account-based marketing in technology, life sciences, or industrial sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong presentation and storytelling skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics), marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua), and analytics platforms (Power BI, Google Analytics)
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, customer segmentation, demand generation, and marketing performance measurement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to partner effectively with sales and business leaders
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple marketing programs and campaigns independently
- Travel may be required 50% of the time
Location: Mumbai
