About The Role
The Marketing Specialist will develop B2B and internal marketing campaigns that showcase Altasciences’ brand, people, expertise, and services. Tasks will include content creation (including email marketing, blog articles, social media posts, ads, and infographics), video and podcast production, and project coordination from concept through distribution. They will also support our company’s social media strategy and content planning. Their creative and analytical thinking skills and strategies will be an essential part in driving our company’s narrative, enhancing our organization's image, improving communication with clients, and encouraging business growth through effective campaigns.
This job is 90% remote — must be able to come into our offices in Quebec (Montreal, Dorval, and Laval) as needed for video shoots and other in-person activities.

What You'll Do Here

• Build B2B marketing campaigns (from A to Z) and tools to raise brand awareness and generate leads/sales: social media, email marketing, digital advertisements, website content (blogs, service summaries), etc.
• Develop and source content for digital platforms (website, social media, etc.)
• Develop and produce video content, including concepts, scripts, interview questions, participant coordination, filming, editing, captioning, and development of supporting promotional content
• Coordinate and produce Off-Label With Altasciences podcast, including all pre- and post-production, and supporting promotional content
• Assist in social media optimization strategies
• Write and edit blogs, articles, and press releases
• Manage timelines, schedules, deliverables, and review cycles for projects, including those of project participants
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate scientific information into engaging, understandable content
• Apply SEO and AIO best practices in all content creation
• Identify and engage with vendors (especially to secure ad space, article publication, etc.)
• Build internal marketing campaigns (from A to Z) and tools to raise brand awareness amongst employees at Altasciences
• Ensure brand unity across all Altasciences’ sites and locations
• Ensure marketing literature is kept up to date
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly marketing reports
• Any other related tasks as needed, such as (but not limited to) formatting presentations, branding of documentation, updating/building templates, and proofreading/copyediting

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent (DEC or Bachelor’s).
• Minimum two (2) years of related experience
• Excellent video editing skills
• Excellent copywriting and copy editing skills
• Highly organized, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with evolving priorities
• Solid understanding of social media (especially LinkedIn)
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong computer literacy (namely Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Sharepoint, and Drupal).
• Project management experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Bilingualism (French and English / written and spoken)
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently
• CRO or Pharma industry experience will be considered an asset
