The Position
- Analyses the evolving market environment, develops the strategy such as customer segmentations, positioning, branding, messaging, PR/communications, pricing strategy and ensures effective rollout of strategy to the marketplace.
- Assist in the development of a yearly Marketing Plan which outlines marketing strategies and initiatives for the products responsible.
- Laboratory KOL management and development.
- Strategic partnership with 3rd party vendors and medical associations.
- Portfolio Management including inventory and product lifecycle management of instrument and reagents.
- Support in product quality issues and implementation.
- Support in the planning and execution of marketing activities, i.e., Product campaigns/promotions, Exhibition booth, Digital marketing initiatives, etc.
- Product Training and development of selling aids and value stories.
- Provide 2nd line technical support for complex evaluations and projects.
- Support field force with Customer presentation/CMEs, Market intelligence, Formulation of sales arguments, Product information updates.
- Track market trends and competitor movements to deliver actionable insights internally, drive cross-Business Area opportunities, and secure sustainable market position.
- Any other tasks or projects as assigned from time to time.

You are an agile, strategic marketer with strong entrepreneurial drive, outstanding partnering skills, and a genuine commitment to elevating patient care.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: More than 4 years of progressive experience in marketing, product management, or commercial strategy within In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD), Clinical Diagnostics, or Life Sciences.
- Domain Focus: Expertise in Molecular Diagnostics (e.g., PCR, NGS) is essential; familiarity with Microbiology and Tissue Diagnostics is strongly preferred.
- Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills—capable of engaging clinicians, pathologists, and executive leadership with confidence.
- Execution & Project Management: Track record of driving complex, high-pressure projects with ambitious milestones, supported by strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic problem-solving.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated success in market analysis, campaign ROI tracking, pricing strategy, and competitive intelligence gathering.
- Education: Bachelors or Masters in Health/Biomedical/Science/Business/Marketing or equivalent experience
