Marketing Manager - Commercial

Responsible for driving portfolio growth, go-to-market excellence, and customer-centric marketing strategies across assigned product, solution, and service portfolios.

Your role

• Drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for assigned product portfolios, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.

• Lead new product introductions and launches, collaborating closely with regional, commercial, and global teams to ensure successful execution and on-time delivery.

• Develop annual marketing and business plans through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and consumer insights, translating strategy into impactful portfolio and growth initiatives.

• Create compelling value propositions, optimize portfolio positioning, and design omni-channel customer and shopper experiences that enhance engagement and accelerate business performance.

• Partner with sales, regional marketing, global business units, and cross-functional stakeholders to localize global assets, improve marketing effectiveness, and drive commercial success.

You're the right fit if:

1. Experience

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, category management, or commercial marketing within a multinational or fast-paced organization.
• Proven track record of managing product launches and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

2. Skills

• Strong strategic thinking, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business planning capabilities.
• Experience with omni-channel(E-commerce) marketing, customer journey development, and portfolio positioning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

3. Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

4. Anything else

• Self-driven with strong project management skills and ability to work independently under broad guidance.
• Demonstrated ability to translate consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies and commercial results.
