Job Summary
The Operations / Manufacturing / Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production or service center activities, ensuring that processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role supervises professional-level staff and ensures adherence to quality standards and production or service schedules.
This job profile is intended for People Managers of 4+ professional-level roles.

Production in Charge – Leading Team of Machine Shop, Assembly Shop , Testing ,  Packaging , Painting & Packing Department

Main accountabilities and tasks (include KPIs and ESH requirements, if available)

What is the job holder doing/expected to do and how is it done? Essential, permanent key responsibilities, measured by specific KPIs, as applicable (e.g. financial, production KPIs, project milestones etc.)

1.      Monitor, co-originate & execute RFC plan at each work center.

2.      Maintain & improve finalized manufacturing MIS monthly targets. (TAKT, JCP, Absorption, Safety, DQI, NCR, CAPA, 5 S, Multi-skills development, Kaizen, cost reduction, SES saving etc.)

3.      Full participation in implementation of Excellences systems. (Paperless, Digital Dash boards etc.)

4.      Full ownership in new product development.  

5.      Initiate training needs identifications & Skill matrix.

6.      Full participation in development of Lean culture at all levels.  

7.      Reviews & pull among all inputs required for manufacturing.

8.      Control on all manufacturing & SAP process.  

9.      Agility to support tendering for challenging orders & support to site complaints.

10.   Team building & Interdepartmental enhancement of commitments.
