Team Overview
The Manager, Global Technology – Decision Solutions is responsible The Decisioning Fraud Technology team is responsible for delivering and operating technology platforms that support fraud prevention, identity verification, authentication, and risk decisioning capabilities across the organization. The team partners closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions that support key business objectives. This role reports to a technology leadership position responsible for fraud platform strategy and delivery. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technology strategy for Decisioning Fraud and related platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise technology roadmaps.
- Lead platform modernization initiatives that improve scalability, resiliency, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee end-to-end software delivery, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to prioritize strategic initiatives and technology investments.
- Drive continuous improvement programs that enhance delivery effectiveness, product quality, and operational risk management.
- Ensure platform availability, reliability, security, and compliance across development, testing, and production environments.
- Lead the resolution of critical production incidents, coordinate root cause analysis activities, and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Support client implementations and post-sales technology engagements by ensuring solution readiness and operational excellence.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to platform performance, service availability, deployment quality, and operational effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across technology teams.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise technology, platform management, or technology delivery environments supporting large-scale business applications.
- 10+ years of leadership experience managing technology teams, technology transformation initiatives, and enterprise software delivery organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, incident management, service management, and operational excellence frameworks.
- Experience managing complex, business-critical technology platforms within highly regulated environments, with a strong understanding of governance, risk management, security, and compliance requirements.
Required Technical Skills
- Expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile delivery methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture, systems integration, and distributed technology environments.
- Experience managing cloud-based platforms and collaborating with Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, Security, and Operations teams.
- Advanced understanding of production support, application monitoring, incident management, service reliability, and platform operations.
- Experience working with enterprise technology platforms supporting fraud prevention, decisioning, risk management, authentication, or customer onboarding solutions.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale technology transformation programs.
- Knowledge of financial services, credit, fraud prevention, or risk management industries.
- Experience working with modern cloud-native architectures and platform modernization initiatives.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success building high-performing technology teams and driving organizational change
