Manage the governance, delivery, and continuous improvement of Services Center workgroup, achieving business-aligned objectives. Drive operational excellence, service quality, and vendor coordination to support enterprise workforce priorities and seamless employee experiences.

• Lead operational delivery team to ensure consistent, high-quality HR service execution across the organization.

• Build governance standards, controls, and end-to-end HR processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across HR systems.

• Drive accurate and timely execution of HR programs, with ongoing monitoring and improvement of performance.

• Partner with other HR teams and business stakeholders to align GCC solutions and capabilities with enterprise priorities.

• Oversee issue resolution and escalation management, driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

• Manage vendor coordination and performance.

• Ensure scalable support models, training resources, and effective communication strategies to empower the workforce.
