• Teamführung: Du übernimmst die fachliche Führungsverantwortung für Dein Logistikteam und führst Schichtbesprechungen, Teammeetings sowie Feedback-Gespräche durch.

• Prozess- & KPI-Steuerung: Du stellst den reibungslosen Ablauf aller Logistikprozesse sicher und koordinierst das Tagesgeschäft unter Einhaltung der KPIs und Service-Levels.

• Mitarbeiterentwicklung: Du organisierst das Onboarding neuer Teammitglieder und überwachst kontinuierlich deren Trainingsstand.

WAS DU MITBRINGST:

• Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Logistik oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. ein Studium (idealerweise im Bereich Logistik).

• Level-Anforderungen:

  • Level 1: 0–2 Jahre Logistikerfahrung + erste Führungserfahrung (z. B. als Vertretung).

  • Level 2: 2+ Jahre Logistikerfahrung + 1+ Jahr Führungserfahrung in kleinerem Team.

  • Level 3: 4+ Jahre Logistikerfahrung + 2+ Jahre Führungserfahrung in einem großen Team.

• Sprachgenie: Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

• Mindset & Skills: Durchsetzungsstärke, diplomatisches Geschick, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.

• IT-Kenntnisse: Gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office, insb. Excel) und Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen.

• Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh- und Spätschicht im Wechsel) sowie zu Samstagsarbeit.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Team Leadership: Take professional responsibility for leading a logistics team, conduct shift handovers, team meetings, and regular feedback talks.

• Process & KPI Management: Ensure smooth logistics operations by coordinating and monitoring daily workflows while adhering to defined KPIs and service levels.

• People Development: Organize onboarding for new team members and regularly monitor their training progress.

• Workplace Management: Support the Division Manager and take ownership of workplace safety, cleanliness, organization, and equipment functionality.

• Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to logistics projects and continuously optimize work and process flows.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Background: Relevant work experience in logistics or a completed vocational degree/university degree, ideally in logistics.

• Experience Levels:

  • Level 1: 0–2 years of logistics experience + first leadership experience (e.g., as a stand-in).

  • Level 2: 2+ years of logistics experience + 1+ year of leadership in a small team.

  • Level 3: 4+ years of logistics experience + 2+ years of leadership in a large team.

• Languages: Good command of both German and English.

• Mindset & Skills: Strong communication skills, confident yet diplomatic approach, combined with a high sense of responsibility and strong organizational skills.

• IT Skills: Good computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel) and experience with ERP systems.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts (early/late shift) as well as on Saturdays.
