To support our Performance Marketing - SEA team we are searching for a

Performance Marketing Intern - SEA (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support the setup, management, and continuous optimization of large-scale, multi-market SEA campaigns across key search platforms such as Google Ads.

• Analyze campaign performance metrics and market trends to deliver strategic recommendations that drive new customer acquisition.

• Support the planning and execution of product- and market-specific initiatives.

• Test and refine compelling ad copy and visual ad content tailored to high-value luxury audience segments.

• Contribute to day-to-day SEA operations and support ad-hoc quantitative analyses, as well as the setup and evaluation of A/B tests.

• Stay up to date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and SEA best practices.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including Performance Marketing, Analytics, and Tech teams, as well as external partners such as Google LCS.

WHO YOU ARE

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field, or looking to embark on a new professional path.

• Solid theoretical understanding of SEA principles and performance marketing channels; practical experience with Google Ads is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; experience with data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio) is beneficial.

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong passion for digital innovation and continuous learning.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.

• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
