Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC) – Remote | Montana

Position: Full-Time
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + full benefits

We are hiring a licensed mental health therapist to provide virtual counseling services to clients across Montana. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys direct client work and wants the consistency of a weekday schedule.

You will work with clients managing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and major life changes. The role involves conducting therapy sessions, creating treatment plans, and helping clients work toward their individual goals through ongoing care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions with clients
• Complete client evaluations and identify appropriate treatment needs
• Develop and update treatment plans based on client goals and progress
• Provide counseling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Document sessions and maintain accurate clinical records
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment when needed
• Coordinate referrals or additional services when appropriate
• Maintain compliance with clinical and ethical standards

Requirements

• Active Montana license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Previous experience providing mental health therapy
• Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
• Ability to manage a caseload independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable providing care through telehealth technology
