As a Licensed Clinical Supervisor, you'll balance direct clinical involvement with leadership responsibilities, providing clinical supervision, program oversight, quality assurance, and operational support. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily clinical operations to ensure high-quality, evidence-based substance use disorder and mental health services for adolescents
- Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, coaching, and professional development to clinicians and program staff
- Facilitate clinical staffing meetings, treatment planning discussions, case consultations, and diagnostic reviews
- Conduct assessments, intakes, and therapeutic services as needed to support program and client needs
- Monitor service delivery to ensure appropriate clinical interventions, treatment intensity, and positive client outcomes
- Review clinical documentation, treatment records, and progress notes to ensure compliance with agency, state, and accreditation standards
- Coordinate care and collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources
- Complete quality reviews, chart audits, and performance monitoring activities while addressing identified improvement opportunities
- Support program scheduling, service coordination, and staffing coverage to ensure uninterrupted care
- Respond to crisis situations and provide clinical direction regarding risk assessment, intervention, and incident response
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, professional growth, and continuous quality improvement
- Partner with leadership to support program development, strategic initiatives, and operational goals
- Represent the organization professionally within the community and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and community partners
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, or a closely related field
- Actively licensed as (or on track to become licensed as):
- Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (PLMFT/LMFT)
- Provisional Psychologist (PLP
- Licensed Psychologist (LP)
- At least three (3) years of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment or behavioral health, including one (1) year of supervisory experience;
Additional Qualifications:
· Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required
· Ability to provide effective clinical supervision, training, and performance feedback
· Strong knowledge of evidence‑based practices, regulatory standards, and quality improvement principles
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
· Required certifications and trainings must be attained and maintained as outlined by policy
