In addition to your teaching duties, you will carry out industry or consultancy projects to help you remain relevant in your profession and to evolving changes in industry, and maintain strong linkages with industry and schools. You will also have the opportunity to have industry attachments or experience on a regular basis to update your skills, knowledge and practices of your profession.

You should possess a minimum of 3 years of work experience in Sport Management, Fitness Management, Health & Wellness Coaching or Health Education/Promotion. Your primary role is to lecture in the Higher Nitec in Sport Management and Work-Study Diploma in Fitness Management or Technical Diploma in Health & Exercise Coaching courses, with modules such as Sports & Exercise Science, Sports Nutrition, Psychology for Exercise and Health, Fundamentals of Counselling, Elements of Health & Wellness Coaching, Fitness Training & Design, Sports Events Management & Marketing, Group Fitness Exercise, Sports & Leisure Management and Sports & Facilities Management.

You will also be required to develop course materials, plan/coordinate or organise industry and learning journeys for our students.

Additional certifications in CPR/AED, Standard First-Aid, ACE, ASCA, Health & Wellness Coaching or other fitness-related certifications will be an added advantage. Successful applicants with good and relevant experiences can look forward to career development opportunities as Senior Lecturer to leadership positions in the Colleges or Headquarters.
