Lead the Quality of Next-Generation Robotics 

Are you passionate about robotics, AI, connected products, and building exceptional customer experiences? 

We're looking for a Lead System Solution Test Engineer to lead the verification and validation of intelligent robotic products from concept through launch. This is a high-impact role where you will shape product quality strategy, influence critical engineering decisions, and ensure our products deliver outstanding reliability, performance, and user satisfaction. 

As a technical leader, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across software, hardware, AI, cloud, mobile applications, and supplier ecosystems to drive world-class quality standards for innovative robotic solutions. 

What You'll Be Responsible For 

Define Product Quality Strategy 

• Own the end-to-end verification and validation strategy for robotic products. 

• Develop test plans, quality gates, and release readiness criteria. 

• Translate product risks into measurable verification activities and success metrics. 

• Provide data-driven recommendations for product release decisions. 

Lead System-Level Verification 

• Drive testing of complex robotic systems including navigation, mapping, localization, obstacle avoidance, docking, charging, and cleaning performance. 

• Validate connectivity, mobile app interactions, cloud services, and OTA software updates. 

• Ensure products meet performance, reliability, robustness, and customer experience expectations. 

Lead AI and Intelligent Feature Verification 

• Develop validation approaches for AI-powered and machine learning features. 

• Verify computer vision, object recognition, hazard detection, voice control, and intelligent automation capabilities. 

• Assess real-world performance through laboratory, simulation, and field testing. 

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration 

• Partner with software, electronics, systems, AI, mobile, cloud, and product teams to identify risks early and improve product quality. 

• Facilitate defect reviews, risk assessments, and engineering quality discussions. 

• Align stakeholders around quality objectives and release readiness. 

Build Quality Excellence Across the Supply Chain 

• Lead quality governance activities with development partners and suppliers. 

• Review test strategies, execution evidence, and release recommendations. 

• Drive continuous improvement in testing capability, quality processes, and engineering rigor. 

Mentor and Develop Others 

• Coach engineers on test strategy, system verification, problem solving, and quality best practices. 

• Champion automation, simulation, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), and next-generation test methodologies. 

• Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. 

What We're Looking For 

Essential Qualifications 

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline. 

• Significant experience leading system verification, validation, testing, or quality engineering for complex products. 

• Strong background in robotics, embedded systems, IoT, connected products, or consumer electronics. 

• Deep understanding of system integration, root cause analysis, risk management, and release quality processes. 

• Proven ability to influence technical decisions across cross-functional and global teams. 

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. 

Preferred Experience 

• Autonomous mobile robots or robotic vacuum products. 

• SLAM, LiDAR, ToF sensors, computer vision, or AI/ML systems. 

• Python, automation frameworks, simulation platforms, or HIL environments. 

• Mobile applications, cloud ecosystems, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Matter, or smart-home technologies.
