Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, your day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. You will focus on creating neural network architectures that efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. Your role includes conceptualizing model parameters and frameworks that enable natural language comprehension and generation, ensuring the models are scalable and adaptable to various applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align model capabilities with project goals is a key part of your daily activities, fostering innovation in language processing technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of language model architectures to meet evolving project requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their understanding and application of large language model technologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong expertise in neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience with natural language processing frameworks and tools.
- Ability to work with large-scale unstructured text datasets for model training.
- Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of scalable computing environments for training and deploying language models.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
