ABOUT THE COMPANY: 

The client is an Australian landscaping company that now specializes in fencing and retaining walls is seeking a dedicated professional to manage its daily operations. The business extensively uses GoHighLevel for customer relationship management (CRM) and quoting. The primary responsibility of this role will be providing GoHighLevel and quoting support, with social media marketing serving as a secondary focus.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Quoting Support Coordinator will help maintain and improve the company’s CRM and quoting processes. They will use GoHighLevel to manage customer information, enquiries, follow-ups and quote workflows, while preparing draft quotes using the company’s existing formula.

The successful candidate should have strong practical experience with GoHighLevel and be comfortable understanding fencing and retaining wall jobs. They will also provide support with the company’s social media marketing when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Quoting Support – Fencing & Retaining Walls
• Prepare draft quotes using the company’s existing pricing formula.
• Review job details and make sure the information needed for a quote is recorded.
• Understand the general scope of fencing and retaining wall jobs.
• Identify missing or unclear details and follow up before preparing a quote.
• Enter quote information accurately into GoHighLevel.
• Track quotes and follow up with customers as directed.
• Escalate unusual jobs, unclear pricing or exceptions to management for review.

Social Media Marketing Support

• Assist with planning and preparing social media content.
• Create or coordinate posts featuring completed projects, progress photos and business updates.
• Write clear captions and organise content for publication.
• Help maintain a consistent and professional presentation across the company’s social channels.
• Support responses to social media enquiries and pass potential leads to the appropriate person.
• GoHighLevel CRM Management
• Maintain accurate contact, lead and opportunity records in GoHighLevel.
• Manage pipelines and update enquiry and job statuses.
• Monitor new enquiries and ensure they are assigned or followed up appropriately.
• Set up and maintain follow-up tasks, reminders and communications.
• Support the use of GoHighLevel for quoting and customer management.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in CRM workflows and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot routine issues and help keep the system organised and up to date.

• Spreadsheets and document-management tools
• Social media platforms and content-creation tools

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience using GoHighLevel.
• Experience maintaining CRM records, pipelines and follow-up processes.
• Ability to learn and accurately apply a company-specific quoting formula.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with customer and job information.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to following up missing details.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and raise issues promptly.

Highly Desirable

• Experience in landscaping, fencing or retaining wall businesses.
• Familiarity with Australian fencing and retaining wall jobs, terminology or customer expectations.
• Experience preparing or supporting quotes for trade or construction work.
• Social media content or marketing experience for a trade or home-services business.
