Bring your energy to Aggreko as a Junior Project Coordinator based in BGC, Taguig. The position works closely with Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and other key stakeholders to support project delivery through accurate reporting, document management, procurement tracking, mobilization and demobilization activities, systems administration, and stakeholder communication.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to develop a career in project management. This role offers a structured development pathway towards a Project Coordinator position through exposure to project planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder management.

What you’ll do as a Junior Project Coordinator:
Project Administration & Coordination Support
- Support the Project Coordination Team with day-to-day project administration activities.
- Maintain project documentation, registers, trackers, and records in accordance with company requirements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action logs, and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Assist with project reporting and dashboard updates through Smartsheet and other business systems.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and readily available to stakeholders.
- Support project close-out activities, including documentation and handover requirements.
Procurement & Commercial Support
- Assist with the creation and tracking of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Monitor supplier deliverables and support follow-up activities with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Support invoice reconciliation and project cost tracking activities.
- Maintain procurement records and assist with reporting requirements.
Mobilization & Logistics Support
- Coordinate mobilization and demobilization documentation for projects.
- Support workforce onboarding requirements, site access requests, inductions, and compliance documentation.
- Facilitate communication between Operations, Logistics, and Project teams to support successful project delivery.
- Track key project deliverables and escalate delays or risks as required.
Reporting & Systems Administration
- Update project schedules, trackers, action registers, and reporting tools.
- Support the maintenance of project data within ERP, CRM, Smartsheet, and other business systems.
- Assist with preparing weekly and monthly project reports.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across project management systems.
Continuous Improvement
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project procedures, work instructions, templates, and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing project delivery efficiency and data quality.
- Contribute ideas and solutions that improve team performance and project outcomes.
Other
- Perform administrative activities required to support project delivery.
- Support special projects and business improvement initiatives as required.

What we are looking for:
- Fresh graduates; Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, ERP, or CRM systems is advantageous.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, verbal and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
