About the role
We provide support for MSSQL databases for clients across various industries such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing  and financial institutions.
Our team is formally divided into two sub-teams. In addition to the junior team, we also have a team of senior colleagues who work directly with the client and are always ready to help the junior team when needed.

Daily challenges

• We mainly work on automatically generated alerts from our monitoring systems, and our task is to perform the necessary checks to identify the problem and execute commands that lead to its resolution.

• Each new colleague has a mentor during their first months in the team, who helps onboard them, and together they go through all the tools, tasks, and team-specific processes.

eXperience and skills required

• Relevant IT education or junior level background.

• Previous experience in database support and/or courses and certifications related to this field will be considered an advantage.

• Fluency in English.

• Willingness to work on 12-hour shifts.
