Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies and end-user troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, Exchange Online, and basic networking, along with the ability to troubleshoot printer and general desktop issues.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for end users and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Troubleshoot and administer Microsoft 365 applications and services.
Perform basic administration and troubleshooting of Active Directory.
Assist with Azure user, access, and configuration-related issues.
Troubleshoot Exchange Online issues, including mail flow, Outlook, and mailbox-related problems.
Diagnose and resolve printer and printing-related issues.
Perform basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and Wi-Fi issues.
Troubleshoot Windows operating system and common application issues.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical team when required.
Maintain proper documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years in an IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or similar role.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
Working knowledge of Active Directory
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure
Experience with Exchange Online
Strong troubleshooting skills for printers and end-user devices
Basic understanding of networking and network troubleshooting
Good communication and customer-service skills
Ability to diagnose issues systematically and work independently
