Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies and end-user troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, Exchange Online, and basic networking, along with the ability to troubleshoot printer and general desktop issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for end users and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Troubleshoot and administer Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Perform basic administration and troubleshooting of Active Directory.
• Assist with Azure user, access, and configuration-related issues.
• Troubleshoot Exchange Online issues, including mail flow, Outlook, and mailbox-related problems.
• Diagnose and resolve printer and printing-related issues.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and Wi-Fi issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating system and common application issues.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical team when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years in an IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or similar role.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
• Working knowledge of Active Directory
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Exchange Online
• Strong troubleshooting skills for printers and end-user devices
• Basic understanding of networking and network troubleshooting
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to diagnose issues systematically and work independently
