Inventory Assistant
Location: Leeds
Pay Rate: £13.54 per hour
Shift: 30hrs 16:00 to 22:00
We're looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to join a busy warehouse operation in Leeds. This is a varied role combining hands-on warehouse work with office-based administration and inventory support.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out stock counts, audits and inventory checks.
Investigate stock discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
Produce and update reports using Excel.
Support inventory administration and operational processes.
Work closely with warehouse and office teams to resolve queries.
Handle ad hoc requests and tasks as required.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures.

What We're Looking For
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in both warehouse and office environments.
Previous inventory, warehouse or logistics experience.
Experience with Manhattan WMS is desirable.
This role involves a mix of desk-based duties and physical warehouse activities, including stock checks and manual handling. If you're proactive, adaptable and enjoy a varied role, we'd love to hear from you.
