We're looking for a curious and ambitious intern who gets excited about technology, AI, automation, and creating better employee experiences. Someone who sees a repetitive process and immediately thinks: "There has to be a smarter way to do this."

Your Challenge

As our People Operations Automation Intern, you'll help identify opportunities where technology can make HR processes more efficient and user-friendly. You'll be working at the intersection of HR, Technology, AI, and Process Improvement.

Think about questions like:

• Can we automate repetitive HR tasks?
• How can AI help employees find answers faster?
• Can robots do some of the manual work for us?
• How can we make HR processes simpler and more efficient?

Together with HR professionals, you'll explore, design, test, and implement automation solutions that have a real impact on employees and HR teams.

What You'll Be Working On

• Discover opportunities to improve and automate HR processes.
• Help design and implement automation solutions.
• Analyze results and continuously improve solutions.
• Train and support colleagues in adopting new technologies.

Who Are You?

• BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a related field
• Curious and eager to learn
• Interested in AI, automation and digital innovation
• Analytical and solution-oriented

No need to know everything yet. A passion for technology and improvement is more important than having all the answers. This internship could potentially be suitable as a Graduation/Thesis Assignment.
