About the Role:
As an Account Executive Intern, you will work closely with our experienced Account Management team to support the growth and retention of our client base. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the fundamentals of account management, sales, and customer relationship building.
Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Assist Account Managers in providing excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and potentially in-person meetings.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our CRM system.
- Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and opportunities.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of reports on client activity and performance.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the Account Management team.
- Learning & Development: Actively participate in training sessions and seek opportunities to expand your knowledge of our products/services and the industry.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and results-oriented attitude.
- A genuine interest in sales and client management.

Compensation:
IDR 2,000,000 per month
Duration:
minimum 3 months with possibility to extend until 6 months
