About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Specialist who is fluent in Hungarian and English to support our sales operations and partner network. In this role, you will manage opportunities from quotation through to order closure, collaborate closely with Business Development Managers, and help partners identify the right solutions for their customers.
What You'll Do
Build and develop strong relationships with partners and vendors through proactive engagement and product expertise.
Generate new business opportunities together with Business Development Managers and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Manage the sales process from quotation to order closure while ensuring timely and accurate customer support.
Prepare and negotiate pricing, promotions, special offers, and commercial proposals.
Maintain and develop a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM system and drive opportunities to successful closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue, margin, and customer engagement targets.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, customer service, or account management.
Fluent Hungarian and English language skills.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Good planning, prioritisation, and organisational abilities with strong attention to detail.
Understanding of sales processes and experience working with CRM, quotation, or order management systems.
Experience with IT products, enterprise solutions, or technology vendors is an advantage.
