Torizon is a Linux-based industrial IoT platform that simplifies modern iterative development, maintenance, and operation of distributed edge devices. It is a scalable full-stack DevOps-oriented solution, seamlessly integrating device hardware & software (including a Linux OS), development tools, cloud-based remote updates & fleet management for high-reliability and security applications.

• Help PMs define and maintain software product roadmaps for embedded software, developer tools, middleware, and software ecosystems.
• Assist PMs in gathering and analyzing customer requirements, market trends, competitive information, and industry developments.
• Engage with customers in interviews and surveys to understand pain points and use cases in depth.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory:

• Undergraduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and July 2028.
• Available to work 30 hours per week.
• Available to work on-site [5 days a week] from Toradex's office in Alphaville, Campinas-SP.

Nice to have:

• Engagement in a junior enterprise (empresa júnior) during graduation
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, plans, and programs
• Demonstrated interest in analyzing technology products, customer needs, and market dynamics
• Knowledge of SaaS platforms and Cloud services; self-taught, through extracurricular activities, or as part of undergraduate studies.

Willing to learn:

• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and engineering priorities
• Gain an understanding of Torizon customers, partners, embedded Linux use cases, and industrial IoT organizations, along with the Torizon platform market and competitive landscape, to drive product adoption and customer success.
• Product Management tools, workflows, and the daily routine of a Product Manager
• Analyze customer feedback, product data, and market insights to help inform product decisions
• Interest or experience applying AI to improve product functionality and user experience, as well as internal routines and workflows
