Position Overview

JLL is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Leasing Intern to join our dynamic leasing team in the Philippines. This internship offers hands-on experience in commercial real estate, providing exposure to office leasing operations, market analysis, and client service.

• Assist in market research and analysis of office space trends, occupancy rates, and rental prices
• Support the creation of property marketing materials and presentations
• Help maintain and update property databases and client information
• Participate in property tours and client meetings (when appropriate)
• Assist in preparing lease abstracts and financial analyses
• Support the team in various administrative tasks related to lease transactions
• Contribute to the development of market reports and industry insights

Job requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with strong analytical and research capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Eager to learn about commercial real estate with a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
