[What the role is]
Support the promotion of the Community Volunteer (CV) Scheme through content creation, storytelling and stakeholder engagement. The role also provides exposure to communications, outreach and community engagement initiatives.[What you will be working on]
Create and boost awareness on Community Volunteer (CV) Scheme through:
- Collation of Human-Interest Stories (HIS) from PA units
- Content scheduling for Volunteer Management Division's (VMD) News Channel on PA Community App
- Content creation (copywriting) for VMD’s News Channel on PA Community App
Engagement with External Stakeholders
- Support engagement with external stakeholders such as schools and agencies, including coordination, follow-ups and meeting support
- Assist in preparing stakeholder communications, briefing materials, presentation decks and other engagement-related content.
- Support the planning and implementation of outreach activities, stakeholder engagements, community events and collaborative projects.
[What we are looking for]
Requirements
- Strong writing and communications skills.
- Good stakeholder engagement and coordination abilities.
- Organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
