Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative IND Platform & Agentic AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will be crucial in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI-powered platforms and intelligent agentic systems that drive business value and innovation within Hartford Global Services Private Limited.
Job Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust AI platforms leveraging diverse technologies and frameworks.
* Architect and build intelligent agents and multi-agent systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
* Integrate AI models and algorithms into existing and new software solutions, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
* Conduct research and development into new AI methodologies, agent architectures, and platform enhancements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
* Optimize AI models and platform components for performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
* Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI platform and agentic system deployments.
* Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, security, and data privacy.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on AI/ML.
* Proven experience in designing and building scalable AI platforms and distributed systems.
* Expertise in developing and deploying intelligent agents or multi-agent systems.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
* Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
