Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.
Job Description & Summary:
Hands-on SAP SD consultant for Pharma implementation, rollout, enhancement, and AMS support.
Responsibilities:
Configure/support SD processes; handle incidents and CRs; prepare FS/test scripts; support UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
Module-Wise Skill Expectations:
Order-to-Cash, sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, returns, credit/debit memo, batch/serial handling.
Implementation & AMS Expectations:
L2/L3 support, defect fixing, configuration, testing, documentation, SLA-based ticket resolution.
Pharma-Specific Expectations:
Batch traceability, controlled distribution, sales compliance, returns and recall process understanding.
Mandatory Skill Sets:
SAP SD configuration; O2C process knowledge; basic MM/FICO integration; ticketing tool experience.
Preferred Skill Sets:
Module-Wise Skill Expectations:
