Join Our Team!

We are looking for a Country HSE Specialist to join our HSE Team in Middlefart or Ballerup. In this role, you will support our Danish projects in the Nordic Operation Unit (OU) and focus on the HSE tasks in the HSE department and throughout the project’s life cycle. You will be ensuring that the highest standards of health, safety and environmental performance are documented, monitored and maintained. You will also be driving continuous improvement in all areas of HSE.

The PGGI Nordic OU HSE Team is a network of experienced health, safety and environmental professionals supporting the delivery of complex construction, energy and industrial projects across Finland, Sweden and Denmark.

We support highly skilled site teams in delivering world-class projects through professionalism, quality and operational excellence, creating environments where safety is the natural outcome of doing the job right. Working closely with project management, customers and contractors, we provide expertise and practical support throughout the project lifecycle. Our focus is on enabling disciplined planning, effective risk management and high-quality execution that protects people, enhances performance and strengthens project outcomes.

Our strength lies in our people. We bring together talented professionals with experience from the energy sector, industrial construction and major infrastructure projects. We are a team that shares knowledge openly, learns from each other and works together to solve challenges in demanding project environments. We welcome individuals from diverse professional backgrounds who are motivated by continuous development and a desire to make a meaningful impact.

We encourage constructive challenge, transparent communication and the confidence to speak up when improvements can be made. By maintaining high professional standards and supporting one another, we help project teams achieve results while protecting people, the environment and the long-term success of our projects.

We challenge established practices and continuously look for better ways to manage risk, support project teams and improve performance. Through innovation, digitalization and intelligent use of technology, we advance how decisions are made and how projects are executed. We do not simply adapt to change; we actively shape the future of HSE by turning new ideas into practical solutions that enable safer, smarter and more efficient project delivery.
