WHAT YOU’LL DO:  

Talent Acquisition 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates entirely in English. 
• Assess candidates' capabilities, skillsets, and cultural fit through structured interviews and evaluation methods. 
• Proactively search for and engage suitable candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, etc.), rather than relying solely on inbound applications. 
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective hiring strategies. 
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.  

Employee Engagement & Events   

• Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities and company events. 
• Develop initiatives that strengthen company culture, morale, and employee satisfaction. 
• Gather employee feedback and propose improvements to engagement programs. 

Compensation & Benefits Management   

• Liaise with benefit vendors and internal stakeholders to manage employee benefit programs. 
• Process monthly payroll with 100% accuracy, ensuring timely and error-free execution. 
• Monitor market compensation trends and support salary benchmarking exercises. 
• Handle benefit-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. 

Compliance   

• Ensure local HR practices comply with both global company policies and local labor legislation. 
• Monitor changes in local employment law and update policies/procedures accordingly. 
• Support internal and external audits related to HR practices. 
• Mitigate HR-related risks by maintaining proper documentation and process controls. 

Learning & Development  

• Collaborate closely with the global L&D team to ensure learning schemes and practices are properly implemented in the local office. 
• Coordinate training logistics, track completion, and gather feedback on training effectiveness. 
• Identify local training needs and communicate them to the global team for program development. 
• Prepare and process domestic and international shipments, including customs documentation, labeling, and coordination with freight forwarders as required
