About the Role: 

Join us as an HR Product Manager and help shape how Workday HCM features and capabilities deliver value for employees, managers and HR teams. This role helps shape the Workday product strategy and roadmap, lead release governance, support the adoption of emerging Workday AI and Agent capabilities, and measure the value delivered through new functionality. Role requires to connect teams across HR Technology, HR Operations, Centers of Excellence and other business functions to ensure Workday priorities are aligned with business needs and employee and manager experiences. 

. 

Responsibilities:  

• Shape and manage the Workday product strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities with business needs, measurable value and strategic goals. 

• Evaluate and prioritize Workday releases, new functionality, AI features and Agent capabilities based on value, impact, readiness and risk. 

• Lead governance for biannual releases, weekly service updates and continuous deployments, maintaining clear release calendars and roadmap visibility. 

• Coordinate release readiness and adoption across configuration, testing, change management, communications and training while minimizing business disruption. 

• Identify and advance Workday AI and Agent opportunities, developing business cases and supporting responsible implementation with functional and technical teams. 

• Define KPIs and success measures, track adoption, utilization and business outcomes, and address barriers to value realization. 

• Manage Early Adopter programs and pilots, including opportunity assessment, scope, success measures, feedback, issue tracking and recommendations for wider adoption. 

• Build strong partnerships across HR, Technology, Data & Analytics, Legal, Privacy, Security and Workday, using vendor relationships and customer communities to identify innovation opportunities and influence future capabilities. 

Requirements: 

• 6+ years of experience managing HR technology products, digital products or comparable enterprise technology solutions. 

• Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM. 

• Experience with Workday release management, adoption and governance. 

• Practical understanding of AI capabilities and their application within HR or enterprise technology. 

• Experience evaluating and prioritizing product capabilities based on business needs and expected value. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Experience developing business cases and using data or metrics to support decisions. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make clear prioritization decisions. 

• Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholder groups. 

• Ability to build effective working relationships and influence decisions through collaboration. 

• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.
