About Glomo

Glomo is the regulated infrastructure layer that financial platforms build on for cross-border money movement out of India. We hold the licences, the bank integrations, the compliance engine and the settlement rails, and run them behind our clients' own brands.

Brokers, wealth platforms, AMCs, exporters and other businesses use Glomo to onboard their customers, run KYC and compliance checks, move and settle funds across borders, and reconcile it all back into their own systems. Our products span LRS remittances, global investing, card issuance and treasury.

Glomo is regulated by IFSCA through its GIFT City entity. Compliance is part of the product, and every PM here treats it that way.

The role

We are hiring an Associate Product Manager / Product Manager, reporting directly to the founders. Level depends on experience.

This is a business product role. At Glomo, PMs sell: you will be in the room with merchants from the first conversation, and you will be accountable for the deal as much as the spec. You are not a feature desk for the sales team. You understand the customer well enough to decide what we should build for them, and what we should not.

You will join sales calls and demos, bring what you learn back to the product team, help shape the roadmap with them, write specs for the features you own, ship them with engineering, and take merchants live.

What you'll do

• Sell. Run discovery and demos, map a merchant's needs onto Glomo's products, and work with sales to close.

• Shape the roadmap. Bring merchant feedback and market insight to the product team, and work with them to prioritise what we build.

• Write and ship. Turn merchant needs into clear PRDs and user flows for the features you own. Work with engineering and design through launch.

• Take merchants live. Drive integration and onboarding, and unblock issues across ops, compliance and the merchant's own team.

• Track adoption. Watch usage and conversion, find where users drop off, and fix it.

• Work inside the rules. Partner with compliance, legal and risk so products meet IFSCA and FEMA/LRS requirements from day one.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of work experience, including a client-facing sales role: account executive, inside sales, pre-sales or enterprise BD, preferably selling software or tech.

• MBA from a premier Indian business school.

• You can run a discovery call and a demo, handle objections, and manage a client relationship.

• Structured thinking and clear writing. You can turn a messy customer problem into a simple spec.

• Comfortable with data: Excel, and ideally basic SQL, to read a funnel and size an opportunity.

• You use AI tools effectively in your day-to-day work, for research, analysis, writing specs and prototyping, and you know where they fall short.

• Curious about how technical products work, and able to hold a conversation with engineers about APIs and integrations.

• You move fast, take ownership, and follow through without being chased.

Good to have

• Experience in financial services: banking, payments, fintech, broking, wealth management or mutual funds.

• Exposure to cross-border payments, or working knowledge of LRS, FEMA or KYC/AML.

• A product internship or prior product stint.

• Early-stage startup experience.

• An engineering undergraduate degree.
