Position Summary
- We are seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join our high-performing HR Shared Services team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR and Payroll operational support, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and customer-focused services across the employee lifecycle.As a key point of contact for employees and managers, you will handle HR, payroll, and benefits-related inquiries while ensuring compliance with company policies, service-level agreements, and country-specific employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Provide end-to-end HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, including hiring, employee movements, organizational changes, and employee separations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries related to HR, payroll, benefits, and other HR services via phone and email.
- Process HR transactions accurately and within established service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain employee and organizational data in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Administer employee benefits, leave, loan repayments, claims, and other HR-related transactions.
Payroll Administration
- Support monthly payroll processing and payroll-related activities, including regular and ad hoc transactions.
- Review and validate payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
- Resolve payroll inquiries and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address issues promptly.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution
- Deliver high-quality customer service by responding to employee and manager requests professionally and efficiently.
- Investigate and resolve HR and payroll issues, escalating complex matters where appropriate.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee information and sensitive data.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Participate in HR transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices within the HR Shared Services environment.

Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 4-6 years of HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Payroll, or HR Administration experience.
- Prior experience in a Shared Services, BPO, or HR Outsourcing environment is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting HR operations across multiple countries or regions is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or other HRMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll processes, and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
