As a HCP Engagement Ambassador Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions within our Risk and Compliance practice. You will help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will provide advisory and practical support across a wide range of specialist risk and compliance areas. You will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. Your ability to interpret data will inform insights and recommendations, helping you develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will respond effectively to diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

- Providing advisory and practical support in risk and compliance areas to enhance internal controls
- Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to manage risks effectively for clients
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs
- Utilizing critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate solutions
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for risk management
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with the Firm's code of conduct
- Developing a deeper understanding of the business context and its changes
- Reviewing contracts and mitigating contractual risks to support client engagements
- Handling confidential information with discretion and business ethics
- Collaborating with teams to deliver quality outcomes in risk management projects

- Managing HCPs, HCOs, patients and pharmaceutical stakeholders both pre-and-post engagement, providing high-quality, white-glove interactions

- Addressing external expert onboarding challenges, supporting the issuance of contracts as needed, and facilitating redline requests and escalations

- Handling complex external expert inquiries with a high degree of care and follow through, supporting invoice/payment queries and answering business owner questions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least 3 years of experience in life science meetings and events, pharmaceutical, device or healthcare setting working with HCPs, HCOs or patients

- Understanding of HCP engagement compliance and regulatory environment both domestically and internationally

- Proficiency in one of the following languages is preferred: Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, or Korean
