Guest Experience Ambassador

Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, the Guest Experience Ambassador is responsible for creating memorable and personalized experiences for our guests from pre-arrival through departure. You will warmly welcome guests, provide in room check-ins,  anticipate their needs, build genuine connections, and act as a trusted point of contact throughout their stay. By providing tailored recommendations, coordinating special requests, and delivering thoughtful touches, you will ensure every guest feels recognized, valued, and cared for. Working closely with all hotel departments, you will proactively resolve concerns,  exceed expectations, and uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality and service excellence, creating exceptional moments that leave a lasting impression.

About the role: 

We currently have an opportunity for a Guest Experience Ambassador to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano, Italy! 

What you will do: 

• Welcome and personally assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.

• Provide in room check in

• Build genuine relationships with guests and provide personalized service based on their preferences and expectations.

• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance, recommendations, and solutions.

• Handle guest requests, inquiries, complaints, and special occasions with professionalism and discretion.

• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Reservations, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Follow up on guest requests to ensure complete satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and relevant information to support personalized service.

• Assist with VIP arrivals, special celebrations, amenities, and bespoke arrangements.

• Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and other services.

• Identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations and create memorable moments.

• Support guest satisfaction and loyalty initiatives.

• Ensure that all interactions reflect the hotel’s standards, values, and brand identity.

• Maintain a high level of discretion when dealing with confidential or personal guest information.

What you bring: 

One + years experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset 

Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and communication skills 

Cross cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientation  

Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences.

This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan.

The role involves shift work, including weekends.

You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
