About the location:

About the role:

The Reservations & Communication Agent serves as the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service through reservation sales, guest communication, and telephone operations. This role is responsible for managing reservation inquiries, coordinating guest requests, and ensuring accurate information is provided across all touchpoints.

As a key member of the Reservations team, the Reservations & Communication Agent plays an important role in creating seamless guest experiences while representing Four Seasons with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.

What you will do:

 

• Handle incoming calls, reservation inquiries, emails, and guest requests while delivering exceptional service in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
• Create, modify, and coordinate reservations accurately, ensuring guest preferences, special requests, and booking details are properly recorded and communicated.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and effective information sharing.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally, follow up on requests, and support service recovery efforts to achieve complete guest satisfaction.

What you bring:

 

• Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office, PBX, or a guest contact center environment, preferably within a luxury hotel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems and a strong overall level of computer literacy.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, sales, and guest service skills with a strong attention to detail.

Schedule & Hours:

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays in line with business needs.
