RoomSketcher is floor plan and home design software used by estate agents, interior designers and homeowners to create 2D and 3D floor plans. Founded in 2007 near Oslo, privately owned, about 25 people, more than 10 million users in 170 countries. Named G2 Best Real Estate Software 2026. The German site, gallery and help centre already exist; the next step is growing them.
Your role
You own growth in the German-speaking market, measured on new users, new B2B users and new subscriptions. It's a hands-on role with no people management. Our performance marketing manager owns the ad platforms and account structure; you own everything that makes DACH convert.
Your responsibilities
- Run DACH paid campaigns day to day across Google, Microsoft and Apple Search Ads: ad copy, creative, keywords, negatives, landing pages — with a budget that grows when the returns do
- Improve the path from ad click to sign-up through testing and sharper messaging
- Keep roomsketcher.de accurate and converting, hands-on in WordPress
- Build the German floor plan gallery with original, search-led German text
- Publish German how-to videos with our video specialist
- Localise onboarding emails, newsletters and in-app content into German
- Answer customer reviews in German
Your profile
- Native German language, fluent English
- Previous, hands-on performance or online marketing experience— you run Google Ads or Microsoft Ads campaigns yourself, and still do
- Proven conversion and landing page work, with results you can explain
- Confident and comfortable working with WordPress
- Strong German copywriting and editing — you can tell good AI-assisted text from mediocre
- SEO and content experience
Nice to have: real estate or proptech, freemium SaaS, experience working with AI tools.
What we offer
- €55,000–70,000 per year, depending on experience
- Laptop and all the software you need
- Fully remote in Germany or Austria, with 3–4 trips a year to our Oslo base plus summer and Christmas gatherings.
