Job Description:

Global Programs Senior Specialist (Corporate Responsibility Sourcing)

Major Duties/ Responsibilities

• Supports GS&Ps Global Corporate Responsibility Sourcing (CRS) program which includes Supplier Diversity and Sustainability.
• Coordinates and overseas administrative work for the program, including the development and maintenance of communication plans, building meeting presentations and summarizing notes, and leading roadmap and activity tracking and reporting.
• Develops and maintains relationships with GS&P leaders, management team and project teams to ensure that activities are supported to meet identified needs.
• Leads the gathering, validating, and maintenance of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements for each program.
• Supports the creation, validation, consistency and accuracy of analytical reports and dashboards to report on performance and metrics.
• Supports market research on emerging technologies, industry trends, benchmarking, and best practices across Supplier Diversity and Sustainability.
• Supports the building, testing, and implementation of technology and data strategies for the CRS program.
• Provides support for building program communications, branding decks, and any playbook or training material updates.
• Supports searches for diverse owned businesses, maintaining contact lists, search and certification tracking, and managing registration lists and follow ups.  Maintains diverse supplier lists by category and Tier 2 supplier and spend updates.
• Provides support for sustainability sourcing activity including RFx question development, scoring, and reporting on results.
• Partners closely with the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program team, collaborating on requirements for both global programs, and supporting any activity needs when required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Leads tracking and reporting of program activities, providing recommendations to program lead

Scope of Responsibility

• Supports the operational and reporting processes for the execution of the Corporate Responsibility Sourcing Program.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, data and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on simultaneous projects, both independently and in team environments.
• Individuals who are flexible and adept at handling change.
• Strong time management and project planning.
• Experienced users of Microsoft office tools, especially Excel, Power Point and Word.
• Basic understanding of Category Management, Purchasing and Supplier Management fundamentals.

Minimum Formal Education

• Bachelor’s degree in sourcing, supply management, business or finance is beneficial but not essential.  Relevant work experience is essential.

Minimum Experience

• 2-4 years in sourcing, supply management, procurement, project management, finance, or related experience.

Job Timings

• 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST
