Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of components while focusing on delivering innovative solutions. The position encourages exploring and applying emerging technologies to address complex business challenges, all within a collaborative and agile environment that prioritizes cloud-first strategies and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to facilitate their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, AWS Architecture.
- Strong experience in developing scalable web applications using Java technologies.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks and libraries to create responsive user interfaces.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with cloud services.
- Experience with database design, optimization, and management.
- Understanding of agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
