Food Expeditor – Tavernetta Vail 

Four Seasons Vail is excited to launch the collaboration of Four Seasons and Frasca Hospitality Group to create Tavernetta Vail. Frasca Hospitality Group, led by Chef Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson, Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey, and Peter Hoglund, is dedicated to providing warm and gracious hospitality. Founded in 2004 with the goal of creating "the best neighborhood restaurant in the world," the group opened Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder, Colorado, inspired by the frascas of Italy's Friuli-Venezia Giulia region.

The group has expanded to include the Italian- and European-inspired eateries of Pizzeria Alberico, Sunday Vinyl, and the Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded Tavernetta in Denver. We seek to continue this expansion here with the opening of Tavernetta Vail by hiring enthusiastic, ambitious, and humble staff to uphold a culture of excellence, education, and respect. 

About The Role:  

The Food Expeditor is responsible for managing the flow of dishes from the kitchen to the dining room. This role involves collaborating with the culinary team and the Back Server/Food Runner/Server team to ensure that dishes are promptly and accurately delivered to diners. 

What You Bring:  

• Previous experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience. 

• Great communication skills as this role involves direct interaction with guests and constant communication with fellow team members and management. 

• Strong organizational skills. 

• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.  Ability to speak Spanish preferred. 

• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours.

Schedule & Hours: 

• This is a full-time position.
